We currently deliver our products to only the locations within the territory of the Republic of India covered by India Post. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours as parcels through India Post. However, please note that no shipments will be made from our store on Sundays and public holidays.
Normally, orders to major destinations are delivered within 5-7 working days. However, we do not guarantee any timeframe. Delivery times could extend to more than 2 weeks for some locations and rare situations. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number on your billing email address.
Once an order is received, Pehrawa Collection will confirm the customer’s shipping address over phone. Orders will be shipped only after phone confirmation.
If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Pehrawa Collection will not be responsible if a parcel is lost because of the wrong shipping address. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of the product and shipping charges for the reshipment.
Once an order is received, it might not be possible to make any alteration to the shipping address. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated till the time your order has not been shipped. You may email us your alteration request to info [at] pehrawacollection [dot] com and we’ll do the needful.
Pehrawa Collection will have no liability for any loss or damage to your products during the course of transit.
