Once an order has been shipped, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Once the payment for an order has been received, we treat all orders as final. However, in certain situations, the customer might want to cancel the order for several reasons. In such circumstances, the customer can get in touch with us through phone and/or mail for order cancellation. Cancellations will only be allowed till the time the order has not been shipped. We will deduct service charges (payment gateway charges, packing material charges if used, etc.) and refund the balance amount within 2 working days.
We strive hard to deliver every order placed on our website. However, we may have to cancel certain orders partially or in full because of several operational reasons. Such reasons may include limited availability of products, defect in products, inaccuracies in product’s pricing and other information displayed on the website, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
